影像辅助定位脑沟入路切除幕上低级别胶质瘤

[目的]研究影像辅助定位采取脑沟入路切除幕上低级别胶质瘤,最大限度切除肿瘤,减少神经功能缺失。[方法]16例患者采取以临床资料、影像及无框架立体定向仪的综合方法定位,脑沟入路或部分采用脑沟入路切除肿瘤,术后辅以放化疗的综合治疗方法。[结果]影像学全切除6例,次全切8例,大部切除2例。术后12例患者生活自理,其中6例生存期超过5年,1例术后3年复发未再治疗,1例术后2年死亡,失访2例。[结论]影像辅助定位胸沟入路切除幕上低级别胶质瘤效果良好患者生存期长,生活质量高。

Removal of low-grade supratentoria glioma via sulcus approach by image orientation

[Objective] To investigate the way of removal of low-grade supratentoria glloma with image orientation via sulcus approach in order to reduce neurologic dysfunction. [Methods] A total of 16 gliomas were resected via sulcus approach, with image and steretactic orientation. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy were taken after operation. [Results] In 6 of 16 cases, the tumors were removed totally, 8 tumors were resected subtotally, 2 cases were resected partly. 12 cases recovered well after operation. 6 casesd survive more than 5 years, 1 case was not treated after recurrence 3 years later, 1 case was died 2 years later. 2 cases lost follow-up. [Conclusion] Image orienating of low-grade supratentoria glioma via sulcus approach shows good outcome, patients may get longer survival time and higher life qulity.
