脊柱神经管原肠囊肿常见特征分析--附19例病例报告

目的探讨脊柱神经管原肠囊肿与隐性脊柱裂等常见特征的关系,揭示隐性脊柱裂等常见特征对脊柱神经管原肠囊肿诊断价值.方法回顾性分析了19例脊柱神经管原肠囊肿的临床资料.结果 19例病例,表现为隐性脊柱裂12例,以疼痛为最初表现11例,伴发皮肤特征高达15例,隐性脊柱裂的伴随形式包括脊髓分裂畸形(6例)、脂肪瘤(6例)、脊髓牵系综合征(4例)和脊髓空洞症(2例).结论脊柱神经管原肠囊肿与隐性脊柱裂等常见特征有很高的伴随发病率,在伴随有隐性脊柱裂等常见特征的患者中应考虑有脊柱神经管原肠囊肿的诊断.

Clinical features of spinal neurenteric cysts

Objective To explore relation of spinal neurenteric cysts to more common aspects of occult spinal dysraphism. Methods Clinical data of 19 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 19 patients, 12 cases presented more commonly with occult spinal dysraphism (OSD) whereas presented primarily with pain in 11 cases.15 patients had some form of cutaneous stigmata,the cutaneous stigmata included focal hirsutism (9 cases), subcutaneous mass (4 cases), flat capillary hemangioma (2 cases), dermal sinus tract (2 cases) and pedunculated mass (1 case). There was a high incidence of associated forms of OSD including split cord malformation(6 patients), lipoma(6 patients), tethered spinal cord(4 patients) and syringomyelia(2 patients).Conclusions More common aspects of occult spinal dysraphism were way of concomitant on spinal neurenteric cysts have a high incidence rate. The patients who associated forms of OSD were considered to be diagnosis of neurenteric cyst.
