麻醉类镇痛药及吸入麻醉药对红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响

摘    要:摘要 目的:研究常用麻醉类镇痛药及吸人麻醉药物对离体鼠红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响。方法:选择成年SD大鼠16只.取抗凝血制备成所需浓度的红细胞悬液,与等体积的1倍、2倍、4倍及8倍临床血药浓度的麻醉类镇痛药共同孵育或通入0.5、1.O、2.O、3.0MAC的吸人麻醉药后,加入补体致敏酵母菌或用自身血浆作为补体来源致敏的肿瘤细胞,测定红细胞一酵母菌花环率(RYRR)和肿瘤细胞一红细胞花环率(TRRR)。结果:麻醉类镇痛药中临床血药浓度及以上浓度的哌替啶、2倍以上临床血药浓度的吗啡能明显降低RYRR和TRRR(P0.05);吸人麻醉药氨氟醚、异氟醚和地氟醚对红细胞免疫黏附功能无明显影响(P>o.05)。结论:部分麻醉类镇痛药可通过与红细胞表面特异性受体直接作用而对鼠离体红细胞免疫黏附功能起明显抑制作用,研究的3种吸人麻醉药由于较少干扰红细胞细胞结构和代谢。因而对红细胞免疫黏附无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of opioid analgesics and inhalational anesthetic agents on the activity of erythrocyte immunity in vitro. Methods: Sixteen adult Sprague- Dawley rats were enrolled,from which anticoagulative erythrocyte suspension was made,and was incubated with equivalent volume of 1 time,2 times,4 times and 8 times of clinical therapeutic blood concentration of different narcotics or was put through with 0. 5,1. 0,2. 0,3. OMAC inhalational anesthetics,respectively. Erythrocyte- yeast rosette rate(RYRR) and tumor- erythrocyte rosette rate(TRRR) were measured. Results: Pethidine with nomal clinical therapeutic blood concentration and more than 2 times of clinical therapeutic concentration of morphine significantly reduced the RYRR and TRRR(P<0. 05 ,P<0. 01) ,fentanyl appeared no statistic effects on erythrocyte immunity. Volatile anesthetics such as enflurane,isoflurane,desflurane had no significant effects on erythrocyte immunity(P>0. 05). Conclusion:Some opioid anesthetics may give rise to evident inhibitory effects on erythrocyte immune adherence function in vitro via acting directly with the specific receptors on the surface of erythrocyte.
