| 摘 要： | 以链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型，造模后C肽治疗8周，以肾小球体积及肾小球截面积为指标，均较高糖对照组下降，显示对糖尿病肾病有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Diabetic rats was preparated by streptozotocin. After establishment of diabetic model, treatment with C-peptide for 8 weeks shows protective effect on diabetic nephropathy. The effect manifested as reduced glomerular volume and reduced cross-sectional glomerular area when compared with untreated rats. |
