匙羹藤叶总皂苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的 优选出匙羹藤 Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.) Schult叶中匙羹藤总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法 匙羹藤叶所含有的总皂苷经 5 %香草醛 -冰醋酸和高氯酸 (1∶ 4 )混合液处理后显色 ,于 5 5 0 nm处有最大吸收。利用这一特性 ,用比色法测总皂苷含量。在比色法的基础上 ,采用正交试验法 ,以总皂苷的产量为考察指标 ,考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间和药材粉碎度三因素对有效成分提取的影响。结果和结论 匙羹藤叶的最佳提取工艺为 5 0 %乙醇提取 2次 ,每次 6 h。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of general saponins in the leaves of Gymnema sylvestre. Methods After general saponins in the leaves of Gymnema Sylvestre were dealt with mixed liquid of 5% vanilin acetic acid and perchlorate(1∶4), it would show color with maximum absorption at 550 nm.General saponins can be determined by spectrophotometry.The orthogonal test were used, in which the output of general saponins was regarded as an examine target and the influences of three factor in the extraction of effective substance were studied. The three factor are the density of ethanol, the time of extraction and the crush degree of crude drug.Results and Conclusion:The optium extraction process was as follows:The leaves of Gymnema sylvestre were extracted with 50% ethanol,2 times,every time for 6h.
