老年性上睑下垂手术治疗的选择

目的探讨老年性上睑下垂的手术方法及效果。方法对26例（52只眼）老年性上睑下垂患者分别行Mtiller’s肌折叠术、提上睑肌缩短＋前徙术和提上睑肌折叠＋节制韧带悬吊术。结果术后随访6—12个月，有1只眼Mtiller’s肌折叠术后出现轻度欠矫，经过提上睑肌折叠＋节制韧带悬吊术，所有26例（52只眼）手术治疗后上睑下垂均矫正满意，无眼睑闭合不全，无睑内翻倒睫及睑缘成角畸形等并发症。结论综合分析老年性上睑下垂的原因和严重程度，选择应用Mtiller’s肌折叠术、提上睑肌缩短＋前徙术或提上睑肌折叠＋节制韧带悬吊术治疗可取得满意效果。

Surgical correction of senile

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the surgical methods and its clinical effects for senile ptosis in elderly patients. METHODS Different surgical procedures were performed in 26 elderly patients （52 eyes） with senile ptosis according to the ptosis severity, folding the Muller＇s muscle （FMM） for mild cases or folding the levator muscle of upper eyelid lacertus followed by moderate ligament suspension （FLM＋MLS） for severe ones. RESULTS Fifty- two eyes, one of which failed in FMM and corrected by FLM＋MLS, were well corrected after surgery and followed up for 6~ 12 months postoperatively. There was no complication occurrence such as blepharelosis, ectropion of lid, and deformity of palpebral margin. CONCLUSIONS In terms of the cause, severity of ptosis, satisfactory results could be achieved through FMM and FLM＋MLS for senile ptosis.
