五苓散合二陈汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿

目的回顾性总结五苓散合二陈汤治疗复发性视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法回顾2010年1月至2013年4月在我院门诊治疗的视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿反复发作患者共7例，予口服中药五苓散合二陈汤，以视力、光学相干断层扫描（OCT）检查结果为指标观察疗效。结果平均治疗5．6个月，7例患者中视力提高5例，视力无变化2例；OCT检查显示黄斑区形态恢复正常者1例，黄斑水肿改善4例，无效2例。综合疗效为有效5例，无效2例，总有效率71．43％。结论五苓散合二陈汤治疗复发性黄斑水肿有较好疗效，值得进一步研究探讨。

Application of Wuling Decoction combined Erchen Decoction in treating macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion

OBJECTIVE To summarize retrospectively the clinical efficacy of recurrent macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion treated by decoction of Wuling decoction combined with Erchen decoction. METHODS Reviewed seven patients who were diagnosed with recurrent macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion in our outpatient department from Jan. 2010 to Apr. 2013. Moreover, they accepted the treatment with Wuling de- coction combined with Erchen decoction. Then, evaluating and comparing the vision of patients as well as data relat- ed with optical coherence tomography （OCT） before and after the treatment. RESULTS Among the seven patients, the vision of five patients＇ was improved and two unchanged. Meanwhile, OCT of one patient recovered normally, four improved and two unimproved. In a word, the comprehensive efficacy was evaluated that five patients were treated effectively, two ineffective, and the total efficiency was 71.43%. CONCLUSIONS It achieved advanced effect that recurrent macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion which treated by Wuling decoction combined with Erchen decoction, thus,it deserved to study further.
