| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻的外科处理方法。方法：回顾性分析1991年1月至2001年6月手术探查的急性肠梗阻病例中73例结直肠癌性肠梗阻的外科处理。结果：行I期切除术61例，占83．6％（61／73），同时I期吻合49例，占80．3％（49／61），其中左半结肠及直肠肿瘤占44．9％（22／49）。72例痊愈出院。术后死亡1例，吻合口瘘1例。结论：即便为术中确诊的结直肠癌性急性肠梗阻，也应积极争取手术，只要适应证掌握恰当，I期切除和吻合术是安全可靠的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the surgical management of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer Methods:We analyzed respectively the surgical management of 73 cases of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer Results:Among the 73 cases of acute colon obstruction, there are 61 patients(83 6%) who underwent single stage resection and 47 patients(80 3%) who underwent primary anastomosis synchroneously with one patient died postoperatively and anastomosis fistula respectively Conclusion:For those patients who are confirmed that all the indications are dealt with properly, the single stage resection and anastomesis are safe and reliable |
