| 摘 要： | 本报道原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤1例。对该病人采用以手术为主的综合治疗，生存期1年，治疗失败的原因为局部复发。作结合献对原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的病理、影像学表现、诊断和治疗等进行讨论。

| Abstract: | One case of primary central nervous system lymphoma was reported. The patient received comprehensive therapy, mainly the surgical treatment, with the survival time 12 months, and local recurrence was considered as the major cause of death. The pathology, imagine examination, diagnosis and treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma were discussed. |
