复发或转移性乳腺癌3种代表化疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的:评价复发或转移性乳腺癌3种代表化疗方案的成本-效果。方法:对52例复发或转移性乳腺癌化疗患者分别采用3种给药方案治疗,方案A为AT方案,方案B为XT方案,方案C为GT方案,治疗2个周期评价疗效。运用药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果:3种化疗方案成本分别为32700.88元、28321.88元、45861.68元,显效率分别为63.15%、62.50%、64.71%,成本-效果比分别为517.83、453.15、708.73。不良反应为不同程度的骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发等、手足综合征、血小板变化等,经对症治疗病人均耐受。结论:方案B为最优方案。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of cancer with 3 chemical therapy schemes

Objective:To conduct cost-effectiveness analysis with 3 chemical therapy schemes on soaked mammary cancer after surgery.Methods:52 Soaked mammary cancer cases were treated with 3 schemes respectively, and scheme A is AT, scheme B is XT , scheme C is GT.The curative effects were observed and analyzed by cost-effectiveness method.Results:They cost 32700.88?28321.88?45861.68 yuan respectively, and the effective rates were 63.15%?62.50%?64.71%.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 517.83?453.15?708.73 respectively.Conclusion:Scheme B is the best.
