| 摘 要： | 目的观察医用几丁糖对角膜碱烧伤后新生血管的抑制作用。方法NaOH烧伤兔角膜制作角膜碱烧伤模型，随机分为碱烧伤组（碱烧伤）和几丁糖组（碱烧伤＋2％医用几丁糖滴眼）。分别于1、4．7、14d观察两组兔角膜新生血管生长情况，HE染色计算多形核粒细胞（PMN）数量，兔疫组化染色测定血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的活性。结果几丁糖组新生血管较碱烧伤组生长缓慢，PMN计数及VEGF表达较碱烧伤组均明显减少。结论医用几丁糖可抑制碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的形成。
