医用几丁糖对角膜碱烧伤后新生血管的抑制作用

摘    要:目的观察医用几丁糖对角膜碱烧伤后新生血管的抑制作用。方法NaOH烧伤兔角膜制作角膜碱烧伤模型,随机分为碱烧伤组(碱烧伤)和几丁糖组(碱烧伤+2%医用几丁糖滴眼)。分别于1、4.7、14d观察两组兔角膜新生血管生长情况,HE染色计算多形核粒细胞(PMN)数量,兔疫组化染色测定血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的活性。结果几丁糖组新生血管较碱烧伤组生长缓慢,PMN计数及VEGF表达较碱烧伤组均明显减少。结论医用几丁糖可抑制碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的形成。
