眼震电图在先天性眼震病人的临床应用

目的　对先天性眼震 (CN)病人的手术疗效进行定量评估。方法　应用眼震电图 (ENG)对 18例先天性眼震病人手术前后不同时期眼震各参数进行了观察和分析 ,以手术前后中间位和代偿位的眼震频率、幅度和速度为观察指标。结果　 17例病人术后的眼震速度均有不同程度下降或消失 ,占 94.4%。与术前相比 ,中心位和代偿位均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。 16例病人的幅度亦有不同程度下降和消失 ,占总数的88.9% ,术后中心位幅度明显低于术前 (P <0 .0 5 )。术后眼震频率在中心位也明显低于术前 (P <0 .0 5 )。 6例病人术后代偿位眼震频率、幅度和速度均消失 ,占总量的 33 .3 % ;1例病人术后中间位和代偿位的眼震频率、幅度和速度均为零。结论　眼震电图是对CN手术疗效进行客观评价的指标

Clinical application of electronystagmography to patients with congenital nystagmus

Objective To assess quantitatively the therapeutic effects of surgical intervention on congenital nystagmus (CN) with electronystagmography. Methods The clinical parameters of 18 cases of CN were observed and analyzed before and after surgical intervention with electronystagmography. The frequency (F), velocity (V) and amplitude (A) of nystagmus in the medium and substitutional positions were studied. Results V of NC was decreased or even disappeared postoperatively in 94.4% (17/18) cases and it was more significantly decreased in the medium and substitutional positions ( P <0.05 respectively). A of CN was decreased or even disappeared postoperatively in 88.9% (16/18) cases and it was more significantly decreased in the medium position ( P <0.05). F of CN was more significantly decreased in the medium position postoperatively ( P <0.05). F, A and V of CN disappeared in the substitutional position postoperatively in 33.3% (6/18) of cases. Conclusion Electronystagmography is able to assess the therapeutic effects of surgical intervention on patients with CN quantitatively.
