C反应蛋白与胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病的关系

目的:观察血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)及2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系。方法:T2DM患者130例,以正常对照组中胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)中位数为分割点,分为两组:T2DM非IR组(DM1组)64例,T2DM伴IR组(DM2组)66例。并选择正常对照组(NC组)30例,分别测定血清CRP。结果:DM1、DM2组的血清CRP水平均明显高于NC组,DM2组的血清CRP水平与DM1组相比也有显著性增高(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,血CRP水平与BMI、SBP、DBP、HbA1c、LDL-C、HOMA-IR均呈正相关(均P<0.05~0.01)。与HDL-C呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:慢性炎症可能与T2DM的IR代谢综合征密切相关。

Correlation between C Reactive Protein and Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To explore the relationship between serum C reactive protein and insulin resistance as well as type 2 diabetes.Methods:According to the media value of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) in normal group,130 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups,including 64 with no insulin resistance(DM1 group) and 66 with insulin resistance(DM2 group).Meanwhile selecting 30 normal subjects making up normal group.Serum C reactive protein was measured in all subjects.Results: The levels of serum C reactive protein in group DM1 and DM2 group were significantly higher than that in normal group,and the level of serum C reactive protein in DM2 group was also significantly higher than that in DM1 group(all P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the level of C reactive protein was positively correlated with body mass index,systolic blood pressure,dialastic blood pressure,HbA1c,low density lipoprotein cholesterone(all P<0.05~0.01),and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterone(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chronic inflammation may nearly correlated with metabolic syndrome.
