| 摘 要： | 目的：评价应用栓塞技术治疗假性动脉瘤和应用被覆内支架治疗真性动脉瘤的临床。材料与方法：本组６例动脉瘤，其中５便为假性动脉瘤，１例为真性动脉瘤，其病因均为外伤所致。假性动脉瘤采用超选技术明胶海绵或弹簧圈将受损动脉栓塞。真性动脉瘤采用被覆镍钛合金内支架将其隔离和重建动脉腔。结果：６例技术操作全部成功，无并发症发生。结论；应用栓塞技术治疗假性动脉瘤，应用被覆内支架治疗真性动脉瘤效果可靠，但假瘤的栓塞治疗

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of embolization treatment in false aneurysm and NiTi coveredstent management in true aneurysm. Materials and Methods: In this study, 6 cases of aneurysm (including 5 false and one true aneurysm) were treated with interventional management. Embolization of the injured artery with Gelfoam or steel coil was performed in 5 patients with false aneurysm. The true aneurysm of one patient was sealed off with NiTi coveredstent and the injured lumen was reconstruted. Results: The operation was successful in all 6 patients and no complication occurred. Conclusion: Aneurysm can be treated with interventional therapy. Satisfactory and reliable results can be obtained by using embolization therapy in false aneurysm, and NiTi coveredstent placement in true aneurysm. |
