米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血疗效分析

目的：探讨米索前列醇和缩宫素联合应用在预防产后出血中的临床疗效。方法：2007年1月～2009年12月自然分娩的产妇200例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组注射缩宫素,观察组在对照组的基础上加用米索前列醇,观察并比较两组患者的第3产程时间和产后出血情况。结果：观察组第3产程时间为（5.1±1.5）min,产后2 h出血量为（151.9±46.8）ml,产后出血发生率为1.0%;对照组分别为（9.1±2.5）min、（278.3±75.1）ml、5.0%,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：米索前列醇联合缩宫素可以更好地预防产后出血,而且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of misoprostol and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods： January 2007 to December 2009,200 cases of maternal vaginal delivery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.100 cases of control group were injected with oxytocin and the observation group used misoprostol to observe and compare on base of control group.The third stage of labor and postpartum hemorrhage were observed and compared.Results： The third stage of labor of observation group was（5.1±1.5） min,2 hours post-partum bleeding volume was（151.9±46.8） ml and postpartum hemorrhage was 1.0%;control group were respectively（9.1 ±2.5） min,（278.3± 75.1） ml and 5.0%,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： Misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage can be better and safety,is worthy of clinical application.
