| 摘 要： | 目的了解我省建筑工地男性建筑工人艾滋病相关的知识、态度及行为特征。方法采用整群抽样对目标人群进行问卷调查,使用Epidata3.02软件进行数据录入,使用SPSS12.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果建筑工地工人对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率相对较高,但对非传播途径的知晓率低。商业性行为中安全套使用率高,但缺乏正确使用安全套的相关知识。结论建筑工人是艾滋病传播中的脆弱人群,需要在此人群中开展针对性的行为干预。

| Abstract: | 0bjective To investigate the male building workers’ knowledge, attitude and behaviors on HIV/AIDS. The target group of people was investigated by questionaires using cluster sampling. Epidata 3.02 was used for data registration and SPSS l2.0. for statistical analysis. Results Most Building workers knew the three ways of transmission HIV/AIDS, but the knowledge of non transmission ways was poor. Though there was a high rate of condom use when having commercial sexual activities, the majority of workers were lack the knowledge of using condom correctly. Conclusion： Building workers are vulnerable population for HIV/AIDS, and behavioral interventions should be carried out to protect them against HIV/AIDS. |
