| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补阳还五汤合硝酸盐制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:将76例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例.对照组给予硝酸盐制剂治疗,治疗组给予补阳还五汤联合硝酸盐制剂治疗,两组有效率进行比较.结果:两组心绞痛疗效比较,治疗组总有效率89.47%,对照组68.42%(P＜0.05);两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组78.95%,对照组55.26%(P＜0.05).结论:补阳还五汤合硝酸盐制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛较单独应用硝酸盐制剂疗效更好.

Curative Effect Observation on Integrated Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Nitrate Decoction on Treating Angina Pectoris due to Coronary Heart Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of imegrated Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD) on treating angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease. Methods:76 cases of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were randomly divided into therapy group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases).The control group was treated by nitrate decoction only, while the therapy group by integrated BHD and nitrate decoction. Then their curative effect were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rates in therapy group and control group were 89.47% and 68.42% respectively ( P <0.05). The curative effect on EKG in both two groups were 78.95% and 55.26% ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated BHD and nitrate decoction on treating angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease is better than that of nitrate decoction only. |
