| 摘 要： | 目的:为了推动合理用药,对抗菌药的应用情况及趋势进行调查并作出客观评估。方法:统计2004年～2006年我院抗菌药的品种、用量、金额、用药频度和限定日费用以及2006年我院检验科微生物室对抗菌药敏感率的统计。结果:2004年～2006年抗菌药销售金额占药品总销售金额分别为10.54%、9.85%、7.37%,呈逐年下降趋势。其中,头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类的使用占抗菌药的2/3以上。结论:我院的抗菌药品使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To promote rational antibacterials and the application of the trend investigate and make an objective assessment.METHODS:Statistics from 2004 to 2006 hospital medicine antibacterials species,dosage,amount,DDD and cost of day limit.Statistics 2006 hospital microbiology laboratory confrontation microbial drug sensitivity.RESULTS:Results of the 2004 to 2006 antibacterials sales accounted for drug sales total amount of 10.54%,9.85%,7.37%,was decreasing.Among them,cephalosporins and quiones the use of antibacterials accounted for more than two-thirds.CONCLUSION:Our hospital of antibacterials use is basically rational. |
