糖尿病肾病危险因素及临床指标变化的研究

目的探讨糖尿病肾病的危险因素及相关临床指标的变化。方法 188名2型糖尿病患者根据有无糖尿病肾病分为单纯糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组。并检测相关的19个临床指标,并对它们进行t检验、χ2检验及Lo-gistic多因素回归分析。结果β2-微球蛋白（OR=1.702,P〈0.01）、空腹C肽（OR=1.611,P〈0.05）、及糖尿病病程（OR=1.085,P〈0.01）与糖尿病肾病的发生呈显著正相关。结论β2-微球蛋白、空腹C肽、及糖尿病病程是2型糖尿病肾病的危险因素。

Study on the correlated risk factors and the changes of related clinical parameters about diabetic nephropathy(DN)

Objective：To investigate the correlated risk factors and the changes of related clinical parameters about diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods：188 patients with T2DM were divided into group1（no diabetic nephropathy）and group 2（complicated with diabetic nephropathy） and detect their correlation of 19 clinical data.And analyzed by t test,χ2 test and Logistic regression.Results：The stepwise regression analysis showed thatβ2-microglobulin（β2-MG OR=1.702,P0.01）,fasting C-peptide（FC-P OR=1.611,P0.05） and diabetic course（OR=1.085,P0.01） were significantly positively correlated with diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion：the increase levels ofβ2-MG,FC-P and diabetic duration was risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.
