腹腔镜辅助下与开腹部分肝脏切除的对比分析

目的探讨利用腹腔镜的辅助完成部分肝脏切除手术和单纯开腹手术切除部分肝脏的优劣。方法腹腔镜辅助下肝段切除手术病例15例（腹腔镜辅助组）和单纯开腹手术切除部分肝脏病例21例（单纯性开腹组），比较2组的手术时间、出血量、切口长度、住院时间和并发症等情况。结果2组手术时间、出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；腹腔镜辅助组切口长度、住院时间分别为（7．57±1．30）cm、（8．67±2．02）d，单纯性开腹组分别为（18．25±2．51）cm及（14．15±4．06）d，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助下进行肝部分切除能达到微创效果，减少术后并发症。

The Contrasting Analysis between the Laparoscopic-Assisted and Open Mero-Liver Excision

Objective To compare the merits and shortages of laparoscopic-assisted and the general open mero-liver excision. Methods There were 15 cases of hepatic segments resection operations with the assistant of laparoscope and 21 cases of simple exairesis of liver section and the data of the two operation methods including the operation time （rain） ,volume of blood loss （ml）, length of the incisal opening （cm）,hospital days and complications were then compared. Results Between the groups there were not conspicuous differences of operation time （rain） and volume of blood loss （ml）（P〉0.05）;while the hospital days（8.67±2.02）d vs（14.5±4.06）d, complications of post-operation and effect of micro-wound the in cisal openning are（7. 57 ±1. 30）cm vs （18.25±2.51）cm have statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mero-liver excision with the assistant of laparoscope can contribute to micro-wound and reduce the complications of post-operation.
