| 摘 要： | 为了发挥清华大学北京协和医学院科研实力强的优势，培养医学生主动获取知识的能力、临床实践能力和医学科学研究能力，通过集中安排的方式，组织学生进行8个月的专题科学研究训练，以培养学生实事求是的科学态度、严谨的工作作风和团结协作的精神，为今后开展临床医学或基础医学研究打下了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Peking Union Medical College developed a training system to build research capability of medical students.The system is based on the rich resources of scientific research and the training takes 8 months with A-to-Z process of research under supervision of principle investigator in laboratories.The achievements and impact on medical education were discussed. |
