| 摘 要： | 外周血嗜酸性粒细胞作为一个简便易得、入院必备检查项目,可帮助评估哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的病情及判断其预后。嗜酸性粒细胞在过敏性疾病和寄生虫感染中发挥重要作用,但在人体免疫反应中的详尽机制尚未被充分研究。关于嗜酸性粒细胞在慢性呼吸系统疾病,尤其是在哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的作用其关注度越来越高。

| Abstract: | Peripheral blood eosinophils, as a simple, accessible and necessary examination item in hospital, which can help to assess the condition and prognosis of patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Eosinophils play an important role in allergic diseases and parasitic infections, but the detailed mechanism has not been fully studied in human immune response. More and more attention has been paid to the role of eosinophils in chronic respiratory diseases, especially in asthma and COPD. This review focuses on the clinical evidence of eosinophils in asthma and COPD. |
