中医诊治新型冠状病毒肺炎思维初探

通过查询文献,解析中医诊治新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)思维中体现的伤寒、温病学派观点,发现伤寒学派重视阳气,以扶阳为要,而温病学派注重祛邪,用药以轻清宣通为主,两派皆以“通”法立论,各有侧重。因此,我们认为,寒温并用适合本次新冠肺炎的治疗,或可为其他诸多传染性外感疾病的诊治提供新的思路。

Preliminary Research on Tradtional Chinese Medicine to COVID-19

Novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 treating by TCM was analyzed in the Chinese medicine thinking.The differences between the two theories were discussed.COVID-19 treatment guidelines were analyzed through literature search,and the characteristics of the typhoid school and the warm disease school were explored.And their theoretical connotations were reconsidered.In COVID-19 treatment,we found that the typhoid school emphasized Yang Qi and support Yang as the key.The warm disease school paid attention to dispelling pathogenic factors,and the medication was mainly based on light and clear propaganda.The COVID-19 is a common disease.Both the cold and warm schools have their own opinions on the"Tong"method.Therefore,the cold and warm treatment of this COVID-19 maybe provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of many other infectious diseases.
