| 摘 要： | 选取《本草纲目》《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)一部、《上海市中药饮片炮制规范》(2018年版)、《湖南省中药饮片炮制规范》(2010版)中,较为典型的常用药材的炮制内容作为示例进行研究。研究表明,中药炮制存在古今差异,地域之间也存在差异,主要表现在药材的选用部位不同、炮制方法不同、对毒性药的炮制不同三方面。这些差异对药物功用及临床疗效产生影响。

| Abstract: | This paper studies on examples of classic common Chinese medicine as contents in Chinese medicinal herbs preparation in Compendium of Materia Medica,part one of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2015 edition),Shanghai Preparation Standard for Chinese Herbal Decoction Pieces(2018 edition),and Hunan Province Preparation Standard for Chinese Herbal Decoction Pieces(2010 edition).Studies show that there are differences in preparation of traditional Chinese medicine in ancient and modern times,as well as in different regions,which are mainly manifested in the different areas on selected herbs,processing methods,and processing of toxic drugs.These differences have an impact on medicinal function and clinical efficacy. |
