摘    要:报道用色氨酸清除技术检测犬肝血流量。二室模型比一室模型更准确地反映色氨酸体内代谢过程,计算出的血浆清除率、摄取率、肝血流量都比一室模型准确,肝血流量测定与ICG清除技术所测结果无显著性差异。色氨酸无过敏反应,国产,价廉。本法操作简便,无创伤性,是一项较理想的检测肝血流量新技术。

Abstract:This paper reports a new method of tryptophan clearance technique to measure hepatic blood flow non-invasively. The pharmacokinetic two-compartment model as well as the one-compartment model to calculate hepatic blood flow were applied in animal experiment. Indocyanine green (ICG) clearance technique was used as control in the same dog. The data showed that the values of hepatic blood flow calculated by two-compartment model were not significantly different from those calculated by one-compartment model, and that the hepatic blood flow measured by tryptophan clearance technique was not significantly different from that measured by ICG clearance technique. As compared with ICG clearance technique, tryptophan clearance technique has some advantages because ICG is imported, more expensive and sometimes causes allergic reaction. The calculation of hepatic blood flow with two-compartment model which avoids catheterizing hepatic vein is found to be more accurate than that with one-compartment model. It is concluded that this new technique is safe, non-invasive, cheap and accurate.
