音叉震动觉对黄韧带骨化的早期定位诊断

摘    要:目的 本文旨在探讨音叉震动觉对黄韧带骨化的早期筛选定位诊断。方法 根据音叉震动觉在不同脊髓节段丧失的程度,做出初步筛选定位。再行MRI或CT检查进一步定位和定性诊断。结果 在诊断的8例黄韧带骨化患者中,有7例患者在脊髓黄韧带压迫处之上分布区其震动觉时间是其下的2倍,表明震动觉时间缩短是诊断脊髓后索损害有价值的客观指标。结论 音叉震动觉时间的测定对判断脊髓后索损害有重要的定位价值,该法简单,可靠且重复性好。

Abstract:Objective To explore the possibility of screening and early localization of ossification of yellow ligament (OYL) by monitoring the time of the tuning fork vibration sense.Methods Based on the losing degree of the tuning fork vibration sense at the different segment of the spinal cord,the lesion was initially localized.MRI or CT images were obtained at multi levels corresponding to the initial localization to make the final localization and diagnosis.Results The vibration times above the compression site in the spinal cord were two times longer than those below in 7/8 patients diagnosed,which showed that the shortening of the time of tuning fork vibration sense was a valuable and an objective method for diagnosis of the dorsal cord lesions.Conclusion The time of the tuning fork vibration sense is a very sensitive parameter to localize the dorsal spinal cord lesions.This method is simple,reliable and well reproducible.
