出血热病人心房肌超微结构及特殊颗粒研究

摘    要:通过电镜观察和立体计量学方法,研究出血热病人右心房肌细胞超微结构及特殊颗粒的变化。结果表明病人组心房肌细胞肌原纤维断裂,线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂及消失,血管充血及出血,特殊颗粒多见。计量学分析,特殊颗粒的体密度及数密度大于正常组(P<0.001)。结果提示出血热病人心房肌细胞心钠素含量增高,分泌减少。为出血热病人心脏的病理变化及解释某些病理生理现象提供了形态学和计量学资料。

Study on Ultrastructure and Stereology of Specific Granules in Right Atrial Cardiocytes in Patients with Hemorrhagic Fever
Abstract:The Transmission electron microscopy and stereology were used to study the ultrastructure and specific granules of right atrial cardiocytes in patients with hemorrhagic fever. The results were myofibril breaking, mitochondria swelling. Crest breaking and vanishing, vessel congested and bleeding, atrial specific granules seen in the majority of atrial cardiocytes in the patient group with hemorrhagic fever. By the stereological analysis, the proportional volume and numerical density of the granules in the patient group were more than those in the control group (P<0.01).The results indicated that the secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide of right atrial cardiocytes in patients with hemorrhagic fever reduced. This study supplied the morephological and stereological data for the cardiac pathological changes and the explanation of some pathologycail bionomy phenomena in patients with hemorrhagic fever, the relation between the variances of specific granules in right atrial cardiocytes and plasma level of atrial natriuretic peptide was also discussed.
