老年农民高血压发病因素的调查分析

目的　探讨老年农民高血压病的发病因素。方法　对 4个自然村 ,6 0岁农民的生活状况采用问卷式调查 ,安静状态测定血压。结果　老年农民 2 0 3人 ,其中高血压患病 12 3例 (6 0 .5 9% ) ,高血压病例平均年龄 72 .9± 7.7岁。高血压病与肥胖、饮酒、锻炼、吸烟、心理等多项因素有关系 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　控制体重、适量体力活动、不吸烟、少量或不饮酒、适当参加社会活动和足够睡眠可作为预防高血压病发病的有效措施

Investigation and analysis of pathogenic factors of hypertension in senile farmers

Objects To research the influencing factors of attack of hypertension in senile farmers.Method The living conditions of elderly farmers aged over 60 years were investigated by using the questionaire in 4 natural villages and their blood pressure levels under resting state were measured.Results In two handred and three elderly aged from 60～80 years were investigated and 123 farmers suffered from the hypertension,the incidence was 60.59 percent. In all the 123 cases of hypertension, there were 65 men and 58 women,and average age was 72.9±7.7 years.The over weight, smoking, drinking, few exercises, less sleep and few social activities were related to pathogenesis of the hypertension(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Controlling weight,physical working,no smoking,less or no drinking, taking part in social activities properly and enough sleep are all the effective prophylactic measures for the hypertension and keeping healthy.
