| 摘 要： | 通过辨证施治的方法，循经取穴及受伤局部围刺，再加电针，对体育运动中的肌肉挫伤及肌肉拉伤进行治疗。结果证明，此方法可促进新陈代谢、改善损伤局部的血液循环、缓解局部的肌肉痉挛，从而达到疏通经络、活血散瘀、消肿镇痛、促进损伤愈合的目的。同时，该疗法也为治疗肌肉损伤提供了一定的科学依据。

| Abstract: | According to the different symptoms and the selected corresponding channels to treat the injuries,such as muscle contusion happened during the physical training shows that the treatment can improve blood circulation of the local tissues,stop or relieve the muscle cramp thus dredging the channels,expelling the swelling and stopping the pains and providing the effect way for treating muscle injuries. |
