姜黄属几种药材的红外指纹图谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:建立红外指纹图谱法(FTIR)鉴别姜黄属常用药材的方法。方法:姜黄属四种常用药材姜黄、黄丝郁金、绿丝郁金、莪术采用80%乙醇,无水乙醇,丙酮,乙醚进行提取,提取物用氯仿充分溶解后采用液膜法分别测定400~4000cm-1范围内各提取物的红外吸收光谱,依据各药材提取物的各自特征吸收峰鉴别各药材。结果:4种药材的4种溶剂提取物的红外吸收峰明显不同,可作为鉴别药材和质量控制的手段之一。结论:该法可用于姜黄属4种常用药材的鉴别,操作简便,方法可靠。

Abstract:AIM: To establish the method for identifying the herbs of Curcuma. METHODS: Medicinal materials were extracted by 4 solvents such as,80% ethanol,absolute alcohol,acetone and ether,the extracts were dissolved in CHCl_3 and detected within 400-4 000 cm~(-1) by liquid-film method of FIR spectrophotometry.Comparing absorption maximum of different extractions including the location and intensities of peaks. RESULTS: The FIR spectra of these herbal drugs gave different maximum absorption peaks in number and intensity. CONCLUSION: The method is both simple and accurate and can be used to distinguish four kinds of Curcuma speies.
