| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对原发性脑室出血的认识。方法：回顾分析48例原发性脑室出血的临床资料。结果：本组中再出血14例，中脑导水管梗阻性脑积水19例，脑血管痉挛25例，脑室外引流术治疗15例，治愈21例，好转11例，死亡16例。结论：对原发性脑室出血应争取早期CT检查确诊，早期全面治疗预防脑血管痉挛发生，如有指征早期行脑室外引流术治疗，以期改善预后，降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To indentify the clinical features of primary intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods:The medical records of 48 cases primary intraventricular hemorrhage were reviewed. Results:Of 48 cases studied,there were rehemorrhage in 14 cases,cerebral aqueduct obstructive hydrocephalus in 19 cases,cerebrovascular spasm in 25 cases; 15 cases treated with external ventricular drainage; 21 cases had good recovery, 11 cases showed effectiveness, 16 cases died.Conclusion: Computer tomography scaning should be applied in early stage of primary intraventricular hemorrhage to confirm the diagnosis, comprehensive treatments in early stage, including external ventricular drainage if necessary, help to prevent from cerebrovascular spasm, and improve the prognosis and decrease the motality. |
