静脉吸毒人群HIV/HBV/HCV混合感染病毒载量间的相关性研究与分析

为研究静脉吸毒人群多病毒混合感染病毒载量间的相关性及与CD4细胞计数的关系，采用荧光定量PCR技术和流式细胞技术分别检测HIV、HBV、HCV病毒载量及CD4细胞计数，并采用多元统计方法进行分析，结果显示HBV和HCV病毒载量分别与HIV病毒载量存在良好的正相关关系(r=0．9195，P=0．0085；r=0．8796，P=0．0008)，HCV病毒载量与HBV病毒载量存在负相关关系(r=-0．9703，P=0．0004)，CD4细胞计数与HIV病毒载量则存在统计学负线性相关关系(r=-0．8538，P=0．0146；r=-0．9108，P：0．0259)，说明静脉吸毒人群多病毒混合感染病毒载量间存在一定程度的内在联系和相互干扰，CIM细胞免疫水平和作用机制有待于进一步研究。

Correlative Study and Analysis of Viral Load About HIV/HBV/HCV Superinfection in IVDUs Peoples

To study correlation of virai load about multiple virus superinfection and relationship with CD4 cell counts in IVDUs peoples, techniques of fluorescent quantitative PCR and Flow Cytometry were used to de-tect viral loads of HIV, HBV, HCV and CD4 cell counts, and that were analyzed by multiple factor statistics . The results showed that there was good positive correlation ship between HBV or HCV and HIV virai load (r = 0.9195, P=0.0085; r=0.8796, P=0.008), and negative correlation ship between HBV and HCV viral (r= -0.970 3,P =0.000 4) , there was statistical negative correlation ship between CD4 cell counts and HIV viral load (r = -0.853 8, P = 0.0146). The study indicated that the interference and internai rela-tions were observed in virai load of multiple virus superinfection in IVDUs peoples , and immune level and functional mechanism of CD4 cell to be further studied.
