活血化瘀法治疗易栓症所致复发性流产研究进展

复发性流产发病率逐年升高,临床治疗手段有限。近年来发现易栓症与复发性流产关系密切,为治疗开辟了一条新径。中医根据易栓症与血瘀证的密切关系,也逐渐打破临床一味补肾、清热的局面,开始从瘀论治,并取得良好的疗效。通过论述血瘀证与易栓症所致复发性流产的关系,总结活血化瘀法治疗复发性流产的研究进展,旨为中医治疗复发性流产提供一种新思路。

Research progress on the therapy of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by thrombophilia

The incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion has increased year by year,but the clinical treatment methods are limited. In recent years,it has found that thrombophilia is closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion,which may be a new way for treatment. According to the close relationship between thrombophilia and syndrome of blood stasis,the treatment of Chinese medicine has also gradually changed the clinical traditional therapy of invigorating kidney and clearing heat,and paid attention to the treatment based on relieving blood stasis,which obtained good efficacy. Through the discussion on the relationship between syndrome of blood stasis and recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by thrombophilia,this paper summarizes the research progress on the therapy of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,which aims to provide a new idea for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with Chinese medicine.
