易筋经对脑梗死恢复期患者运动功能和生活质量影响的临床研究

目的观察易筋经对脑梗死恢复期患者运动功能和生活质量的影响。方法将60例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规康复干预措施,治疗组在对照组基础上习练易筋经功法。两组疗程均为21天,观察FMA量表、改良Rankin量表、BI量表和QOL量表积分变化情况。结果治疗前后组内比较,两组FMA量表、BI量表和QOL量表积分均明显增加(P0.05),改良Rankin量表积分减少(P0.05);组间治疗后比较,各量表积分差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规康复干预措施基础上习练易筋经,可显著改善脑梗死恢复期患者的肢体运动功能、促进神经功能恢复、提高日常生活活动能力和独立生活水平。

Clinical study of the influence of Yijinjing on motor function and life quality of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction

  Objective:To observe the influence of Yijinjing(changing tendon exercise)on motor function and life quality of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction. Methods60 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation interventions,the treatment group was treated with exercises of Yijinjing based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 21 days. The scores changes of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scale,improved Rankin Scale, Barthel index(BI)scale and quality of life(QOL)scale were observed.  Results:For the comparison of treatment before and after,the scores of FMA scale,BI scale and QOL scale were all significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improved Rankin scale score was decreased in both groups(P<0.05).For the comparison after treatment,there were statistically significant differences on all the scale scores between the two groups(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Based on the routine rehabilitation interventions,Yijinjing exercises can significantly improve the motor function of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of neurological function,enhance the ability of daily living and independent living levels.
