The main mechanism include down-regulating immunosuppressive factors to improve immune suppression,inhibiting tumor associated fibroblasts to improve tumor microenvironment,down-regulating metastasis related gene Ski,decreasing the cell proportion of S phase to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,regulating Notch signaling pathway to inhibit protein expression.
