摘    要：目的评价具有补肾益气功效的中药复方软脉煎治疗肾精亏虚型颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效和安全性。方法将98例肾精亏虚型颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例;对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用复方软脉煎,疗程均为6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、终点事件发生率等疗效指标和安全性指标。结果治疗后,治疗组IMT较治疗前降低(P0.01),对照组较治疗前增厚(P0.01);治疗组IMT治疗前后差值较对照组大(P0.01)。治疗组斑块面积较治疗前缩小(P0.05),且其治疗前后斑块面积差值较对照组增大(P0.01)。治疗组累积终点事件发生率、次要终点事件发生率较对照组低(P0.05)。结论软脉煎联合西医常规治疗可抑制颈动脉粥样硬化增厚,延缓斑块面积进展,降低临床终点事件发生率。

Abstract:  Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ruanmai Decoction that has the effects of tonifying kidney and invigorating qi in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis with syndrome of kidney essence deficiency. MethodsA total of 98 patients of carotid atherosclerosis with syndrome of kidney essence deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional therapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Ruanmai Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 6 months. The efficacy and safety indexes such as carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),plaque area and endpoints incidence were compared in both groups before and after treatment.  Results:After treatment,the IMT of the treatment group was decreased(P<0.01),while the IMT of the control group was increased(P<0.01). The IMT difference of treatment before and after in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment,the plaque area of the treatment group was decreased(P<0.05),and the plaque area difference of treatment before and after in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01). The incidence rates of cumulative endpoints and secondary endpoints in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Ruanmai Decoction combined with conventional therapy of western medicine can inhibit the thickening of carotid atherosclerosis,delay the progress of plaque area and reduce the incidence rate of clinical endpoints.
