艾灸“气海穴”和“关元穴”对慢性疲劳模型大鼠的行为学及免疫系统的影响

摘    要:目的观察艾灸"气海穴"和"关元穴"对慢性疲劳模型大鼠的行为学及免疫系统的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机等量分为正常对照组、模型对照组和艾灸实验组。后两组大鼠采用复合应激方法建立慢性疲劳大鼠模型。艾灸实验组大鼠造模后予以艾灸"气海穴"和"关元穴"干预。造模前、造模后及艾灸干预结束后分别对各组实验大鼠进行行为学观察(力竭游泳实验、鼠尾悬挂实验),艾灸干预结束后检测各组大鼠的血清免疫学指标(IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4)。结果造模结束后,与正常对照组大鼠比较,模型对照组和艾灸实验组大鼠力竭游泳时间缩短、鼠尾悬挂时间延长(P0.05)。艾灸干预后,与模型对照组比较,艾灸实验组的大鼠力竭游泳时间延长、鼠尾悬挂时间短(P0.05),血清免疫学指标(IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4)明显提高(P0.05)。结论艾灸"气海穴"和"关元穴"具有明显改善慢性疲劳的作用。

Abstract:  Objective:To observe the effects of moxibustion at Qihai(CV6)and Guanyuan(CV4) acupoints on behavior and immune systems of chronic fatigue rats. Methods SD rats were randomly and equally divided into the normal control group,model control group and moxibustion group. Except the normal control group,rat model of chronic fatigue was established in the other groups by composite stress method. The moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion at Qihai and Guanyuan acupoints after modeling. The behavior(experiments of swimming exhaustion and rat tail suspension)of rats in each group were observed before and after modeling and after moxibustion intervention. After moxibustion intervention,the serum immunological indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4)of rats in each group were detected and compared.  Results: Compared with the normal control group after modeling,the swimming time of exhaustion was decreased and the suspension time of rat tail was increased in the model control group and moxibustion group(P<0.05). Compared with the model control group after moxibustion intervention,the swimming time of exhaustion was increased and the suspension time of rat tail was decreased in the moxibustion group,and the levels of immunological indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4)were significantly increased(P<0.05).  Conclusion: Moxibustion at Qihai and Guanyuan acupoints show significant effects on improving chronic fatigue.
