| 摘 要： | 目的了解乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性大学生的心理健康状况，健康教育对学生心理健康的影响，为学校健康教育和心理咨询工作提供依据。方法2007年10月，采用心理测量工具对我校部分HBsAg阳性学生健康教育前后进行心理测量。结果HmAg阳性大学生健康教育前强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性六项因子分高于全国常模（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；健康教育后人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑三项因子分高于全国常模（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；教育前后比较强迫和精神病性因子分有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；不同性别教育前精神病性、焦虑因子分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论HBsAg阳性大学生存在较多的心理健康问题，通过有效的健康教育方法可以改善心理状况。
