翡翠贻贝多糖对衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化和免疫功能调节作用

摘    要:目的观察翡翠贻贝多糖(PVPS)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化和免疫功能调节作用。方法小鼠背部皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,同时给药组灌服高、中、低3个剂量的PVPS溶液,6周后检测各组小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、脾淋巴细胞增殖反应刺激指数等抗氧化和免疫功能指标。结果衰老模型小鼠血清和脑组织SOD、GSH-PX,血清IL-2、IFN-γ和及脾淋巴细胞增殖反应率均显著性降低,同时血清MDA水平显著性升高差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。PVPS各剂量组均可不同程度地升高SOD、GSH-PX、IL-2、IFN-γ和脾淋巴细胞增殖反应率,同时降低MDA水平差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论 PVPS具有抗衰老作用,其机制可能与提高机体抗氧化酶活力和免疫功能有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Perna viridis polysaccharides(PVPS)on the antioxidation and immune function of aging model mice.Methods To set up the aging model of mice by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose,meanwhile,the medication administration group was given the high,medium and low dose of PVPS.After 6 weeks,the indexes of antioxidation and immune function including SOD,MDA,GSH-PX,IL-2,IFN-γ and stimulation index(SI)of spleen lymphproliferation response were determined.Results The content of SOD,GSH-PX,IL-2,IFN-γ and spleen lymphproliferation response were reduced obviously in aging model mice,but the content of MDA increased a lot(P〈0.01).The each dose group of PVPS ould increase the content of SOD,GSH-PX,IL-2,IFN-γ and spleen lymphproliferation response in varying degrees(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion PVPS has the anti-aging function,it is maybe related to the enhancement of antioxidase activity and immune function.
