中国泌尿外科手术直播专家共识

手术直播为外科各领域医学继续教育、培训、新技术展示和学术交流的重要手段。目前国内尚缺乏泌尿外科手术直播共识和指南。依据在泌尿外科手术治疗教育、培训及学术交流等方面所积累的经验，中国抗癌协会泌尿男生殖系肿瘤专业委员会（CACA-GU）组织相关专家，参照欧洲泌尿外科学会（EAU）相关指南，结合我国医疗系统现状制定本共识，以期规范手术直播过程，降低手术风险，保障患者安全，并改进医疗质量，同时为医疗中心、医学院等机构开展相关工作提供参考。

Expert consensus on live urological surgery in China

Live surgery is an important means of continuing medical education, training, new technology demonstration and academic communication in all fields of surgery. At present, there is still a lack of corresponding consensus and guidelines for live urological surgery in China. Based on the accumulated experience in education, training and academic communication of urological surgery, Chinese anti-Cancer Association Genitourinary Oncology Committee (CACA-GU) organized relevant experts to formulate this consensus according to the EAU guidelines and the current situation of China''s medical system, which can be used as a reference for relevant institutions, including medical centers and medical schools. It is expected to standardize live surgery, reduce surgical risk, ensure patient safety and improve medical quality.
