| 摘 要： | 目的观察稳心颗粒治疗早搏的临床疗效.方法将入选病例60例随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)口服稳心颗粒及胺碘酮片,对照组(30例)口服胺碘酮片,疗程均为4周.结果总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为86 .75%,两组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05),胺碘酮片用量治疗组比对照组减少1/2,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论稳心颗粒对心律失常有一定的治疗作用,并可减少胺碘酮的用量.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Wenxin Granale in treating extrasystole.Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups .The 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Wenxin Grannle combined Cordarone table and the 30 in the control group treated by cordarone alone for 4 weeks as a therapeutic course.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%(29 cases)and that in the control group was 86.75%(26 cases).Comparison between the two groups showed insignificant sifference (P>0.05).The cordarone dosage reduced by 1/2 in the treatment group than in the control group.Comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Grannle had certain therapeutic effect in treating arrhythmia .The dosage of cordarone could be decrease by combined Wenxin Grannle |
