静脉滴注人免疫球蛋白预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床观察

目的探讨静脉滴注人免疫球蛋白（IVIG）对预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）的临床效果。方法回顾性分析宝安区妇幼保健院2009年新生儿科收治的早产儿196例,治疗组100例,观察组96例,观察2组的RDS的发生率和并发症发生率。结果治疗组RDS的发生率及并发症均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早产儿产后即给静脉滴注IVIG对预防RDS具有较好临床效果。

Clinical Observation on Intravenous Human Immunoglobulin on the Prevention of Respiratory Distress Syndrome in the Premature Infants

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of intravenous human immunoglobulin （IVIG） on the prevention respiratory distress syndrome （RDS） in the premature infants.[Methods]193 premature infants in neonate department of Bao＇an Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2009 were analyzed retrospectively,patients were divided into the treatment group （100 cases） and the observation group （96 cases）,and the incidences of RDS and complications in two groups were observed.[Results]The incidences of RDS and complications in the treatment group were lower than that in the observation group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]IVIG administration to the premature infants has a good clinical effect on the prevention of RDS.
