彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成

目的：评价彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值。方法：应用二维彩色多普勒、脉冲多普勒技术检查了48例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，对血栓形成的部位、大小、程度以及各期的声像图特点进行了回顾性分析。结果：左下肢31例，右下肢12例，双下肢5例，完全性阻塞76个部位，不完全性阻塞22个部位。结论：多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成不失为一首选的检查方法。

Colour Dopler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Extremity

Objective:To evaluate the significance of the Colour Dopper Flow Imaging in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the low extremity.Methods:With two-dimensional ultrasonography,Colour and Pulse Doppler Flow Imaging,48 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were examined.The location,the size,the extent of the symptoms and the characteristics of Flow Imaging appeared at any stage of symptoms were detected and analysed.Results:31 patients have deep venous thrombosis of left lower extremities,12 have right lower extremities and 5 have both.The complete obstructionis 76,partial obstructionis 22.Conclusion:It is one of the best way,with colour Doppler Flow Imaging to observe the evolvement of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.
