动脉粥样硬化病变中黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1及E-selectin的表达

摘    要:目的 研究动脉粥样硬化主动脉管壁内ICAM-1、VCAM-1及E-selectin的表达情况,探讨这些分子与动脉粥样硬化发生及彼此之间可能的关系.方法 收集尸检证实主动脉粥样硬化的标本,常规石蜡切片,特异性免疫组化染色,观察ICAM-1、VCAM-1和E-selectin阳性反应细胞的数量及分布,测定阳性产物表达的平均灰度值.结果 ICAM-1、VCAM-1、E-selectin阳性细胞主要分布在动脉粥样硬化主动脉内膜及外膜内,阳性细胞数较正常主动脉明显增多(P<0.01);阳性产物的平均灰度值与正常主动脉相比明显降低(P<0.01);ICAM-1阳性反应产物的平均灰度值变化与VCAM-1及E-selectin之间旱显著正相关(r=0.611,r=0.718,P<0.01),VCAM-1阳性反应产物的平均灰度值变化与E-selectin之间呈显著正相关(r=0.728,P<0.01).结论 黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1、E-selectin参与了动脉粥样硬化病变形成的过程.
