数字成形个性化钛网的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨数字成形个性化钛网在颅骨修补中的临床应用价值。方法应用钛网颅骨成形术58例,其中普通钛网修补术24例,数字成形个性化钛网修补术34例,比较两组患者手术时间、术后改观及术后并发症的发生率。结果数字成形个性化钛网较传统钛网行颅骨修补术,具有手术时间短、外形满意率高、术后并发症发生率低的特点。结论数字成形个性化钛网修补颅骨缺损的效果优于传统塑形法。

Clinical Application of Digital Shaping Individual Titanium Mesh

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of digital shaping individual Titanium Mesh for cranioplasty. Methods 58 cases were collected who were treated with Titanium Mesh for cranioplasty. Among them 24 cases were treated with common Titanium Mesh neoplasty, 34 cases with digital shaping individual Titanium Mesh. The following aspects were analyzed and compared: operative time, postoperation appearances and incidence of complications. Results The cases with digital shaping individual Titanium Mesh for cranioplasty had shorter operative time, higher approving scale on shapping and lower incidence of complications after operation than the cases with traditional Titanium Mesh neoplasty. Conclusion The quality of digital shaping individual Titanium Mesh for cranioplasty is obviously better than traditional Titanium Mesh neoplasty.
