奥力克油剂消毒剂杀菌效果与毒性的试验观察

奥力克油剂为臭氧与脂溶性载体结合而成的含臭氧化物消毒剂,用食用油稀释成消毒液。为了解其杀菌效果与毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与毒性试验。结果,以含臭氧化物160g/L的该剂作用5min,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌杀灭率均达100%,以含臭氧化物320g/L该液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用20min,仅杀灭99．77%。毒性试验表明,该剂对雌．雄小白鼠LD50＞10 000mg/kg,受其原液作用的兔皮肤及黏膜无异常反应。该剂为实际无毒、无刺激物质。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON BACTERICIDAL EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF AO-LI-KE OILY DISIFECTANT

Ao-Li-Ke Oil is an ozonide-containing disinfectant formed by combination of ozone and fat-soluble carrier. It is diluted by edible oil to form a disinfectant solution. In order to know its bactericidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative bactercidal test and toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the disinfectant solution containing ozonide 160 g/L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips, and its solution containing ozonide 320g/L with a 20 min contact time killed only 99.77% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip. Toxicity test indicated that its LD50 was > 10 000 mg/kg in both female and male mice and its stock solution did not cause abnormal reaction of rabbit skin and mucous membrane, indicating that this disin fectant is an actually non-toxic and non-irritative substance.
