| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后应用硬膜外镇痛泵的临床疗效.方法:选择剖宫产术患者260例,随机分为应用镇痛泵160例为观察组,100例不使用镇痛泵作为对照组,观察两组术后镇痛情况及不良反应.结果:观察组的术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组,但也存在一定的不良反应.结论:硬膜外镇痛泵镇痛效果确切,有利于产妇术后的恢复.
