护理人员抑郁症的问卷调查分析

目的　了解临床护理人员抑郁症的患病率 ,探讨抑郁症与护理工作的相互关系。方法　应用精神科抑郁自评量表[1] 对本院临床护理人员进行问卷调查评定 ,分有意义组 (12 2例 )为实验组 ,正常组(10 3例 )为对照组 ,全部数据经统计学处理和分析。结果　实验组抑郁症发生率 18 8% ,对照组为 7 8% ,实验组抑郁症的患病率高于对照组 ,差异有显著意义P <0 0 1。抑郁症的发生与工作压力、社会、文化、科别、职称密切相关。结论　抑郁症在护理人员中有较高的患病率 ,若不及时逆转可造成护理人员身心健康受损 ,直接导致护理工作质量下降。

THE CLINICAL RESEARCH ON DEPRESSION OF NURSING STAFF

Objective To investigate the rate of clinical nursing staff suffer from depression and the relation between depression and nursing work. Methods Apply the depression self-evaluate form from the psychological department. The nursing staff group (group A) as the experiment group,physician group (group B) as the control group and with 100 people in each group .Apply survey to all of them and all data are processed and analyzed by statistical methods. Results Group A has the depression rate of 18.8% which is higher than group B. There is a significant difference. Rate of depression in group A is closely effected by factors such as work pressure, society ,culture, professional trifles and different departments. Conclusion There is a higher rate for nursing staff suffered from depression. If it isn't treated seriously, will lead to the decrease in quality of nursing work directly.
