结核性输尿管狭窄误诊4例报告并文献复习

目的：提高对结核性输尿管狭窄的诊断和治疗水平。方法：分析1989年7月—2006年6月4例结核性输尿管狭窄患者误诊的临床资料。结果：4例均为输尿管下段狭窄,误诊为结石3例,误诊为输尿管肿瘤1例。病程4~36个月。病理过程为病变部位狭窄及同侧肾积水,均经手术、病理检查明确诊断。结论：根据病变的不同部位和肾功能情况采取不同手术术式,术后抗结核治疗,效果良好。

Tuberculous Ureteral Stricture:A Report of 4 Cases

Objective：To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous ureteral stricture.Methods： Four July 1989 to January 2006,4 cases of tubereulous ureteral stricture were treated using surgical procedures and confirmed by pathological examination.Results： Four cases were lower ureter stricture.These patients were with the disease course of 4 to 36 months and with the manifestation of diseased ureter stricture accompanied by hydronephrosis in the same side.Conclusions： The operation method depends upon the side of ureter stricture and renal function.Anti-tuberculosis treatment was important after operation and good curative effects were achieved in all patients.
