人体腕关节韧带的解剖学研究

目的:为腕关节内源和外源性韧带结构提供解剖学依据。方法:采用12只成人尸体手的腕关节,观察腕关节内源和外源性韧带的组成、起止点,阐明其排列关系和结构上的特点。结果:观察发现腕掌侧和背侧存在较为密集的囊性韧带结构,掌侧以月骨和头状骨为中心及桡骨为支点分布,背侧以三角骨为中心分布。腕关节内源性韧带分布于远近两排腕骨之间。结论:腕部韧带的结构特点对临床上腕部脱位、不稳定的发生和手术治疗操作上有重要的意义。

AN ANATOMICAL STUDY OF CARPAL LIGAMENTOUS STRUCTURES

12 adult cadaveric wrists were used to study extrinsic and intrinsic ligamentous structures of the carpus. It was ohserved that volar carpsular ligaments are more obvious and concentrated than those on the dorsal aspect of the wrist. Most of volar ligaments insert onto the capitate and lunate, While those on the dorsal onto the triquetrum. Intrinsic carpal ligaments exist between the carpal bone in the proximal or distal rows. This paper discussed the relevance of the carpal ligamentous anatomy for mechanism of carpal dislocation and instability and their significance for selection of treatment procedure.
